Our participants, who completed the CM2-01 & CM2-02 trainings, learned the importance of measuring costly corrective actions in projects and the necessity of keeping the requirements clear, accurate and understandable in order to reduce the resources allocated to these corrective actions.
In the training, it was emphasized that the product and the data of the product should be linked in order to successfully manage the product requirements. In order to establish this connection correctly, it was explained that the data in the CM2 product outline should be defined, structured, linked and owned (identified, structured, linked and owned).
