In this training, our participants learned the costs to companies of corrective actions used to ensure quality and to comply with the schedule. They understood that it is possible to ensure continuous improvement to reduce corrective activities by keeping the requirements correct, clear and understandable. Our participants, who reinforced the concepts of requirement management and outline with applied studies, completed the first two phases of their CM2 journey with this course.
