We completed the CM2-03 “Principles of Change Management” and CM2-04 “CM2 Change Process” trainings with our participants from Aselsan, CES Advanced Composites and Defense Technologies, FNSS and Havelsan.

With this training, our participants learned that managing and improving an effective change process can only be achieved by correctly defining, structuring, linking and owning all the changed information.
They realized that with CM2's "Closed Loop" and "Fast Track" processes, change could become a competitive advantage rather than a necessity.
