During our visit to TEI on November 8, 2023, we had the chance to observe the enhancements made in the processes of the Product and Configuration Management Department using the CM2 method. We also witnessed their on-site applications for digitalizing processes.

We commend them for their successful initiatives in process improvement and digitalization and express our gratitude for their warm hospitality.
