On November 29-30, 2023, we conducted a gap analysis at Mitrona Elektronik ve Yazılım Teknolojileri A.Ş. using the Evaluation and Prioritization Module of the Sempro Consulting & Engineering Corporate Transformation Model.

Mitrona, one of the leading companies in the defense industry known for its software and hardware products and solutions, determined in detail, with the active participation of its employees, what needs to be done to align its current processes with best practices.

Tasks for areas needing improvement were identified, and a roadmap was created.
