Rapid changes that have been arising in our every day’s lives increase uncertainty and reduce predictability. Within this context, sustainability has been becoming the biggest challenge that every company has been facing. To overcome these challenges, companies have been changing their way of work.  The agile mindset, which emerged the main principles of adaptation to changes, continuous interaction, continuous customer collaboration and solution-focused, has been starting to take its place in the field of project management in a wide range.

Agile project management training program has been designed as three modules by combining theoretical information with practical approaches. Its main objective is to present why and how to apply agile mindset in project management.
