On February 13, 2024, the Service and Product Support Deputy General Manager's department of Turkish Aerospace Industries Engine Industry Inc. (TEI) was visited, and information was provided regarding the consulting services of Sempro in business processes.

The meeting also covered the responsibilities of departments within the Deputy General Manager’s office, their business processes, and interfaces with other processes.

Discussions included topics on which Sempro could offer support in product development, production, and product support processes, such as coordinating activities between units in a collaborative manner and standardizing practices to ensure efficiency. A draft business plan was developed in this context.
